We are delighted to announce our latest design concept, Mindful World, has been awarded ‘One Small Step’ for Sustainability in this year’s coveted Ideal Home Kitchen Awards.

Marking a momentous occasion, as we strive for better across the aspects of our business including insightful design.

Through the use of recycled or responsibly sourced materials, that are considerate of our environment and the impact we make, Mindful World is a brand-new, one-of-a-kind kitchen design concept, employing a back-to-basics approach, built with authenticity, with craftmanship and purpose at the fore.

For this concept, we introduce Nordic Craft.

A brand-new, truly adaptable feature range comprising of FSC-certified solid timber drawers with exposed finger joints, giving the unique feeling of high-quality furniture.

Nordic Craft’s true handleless design gives a nod to Magnet’s minimalist design history, and develops this to achieve a warmer, more eclectic look and feel. This, paired with our premium super-matt frontal, Hoxton Sumi Black – wrapped in 100% recycled PET foil – creates a sense of elegance through contrast.

The metal leg frame system adds to this timeless furniture feel – but it also helps extend the lifecycle of this progressive range by making it easier to repurpose in future. Like a beautiful piece of furniture, Nordic Craft will stand the test of time.

The Norwegian-designed extractor hood with sense technology measures and improves air quality, has automatic LED lights that adapt to the kitchen style or mood, and has an A+++ energy rating, keeping running costs at a minimum.

The Dekton Khalo worktop is beautifully durable and carbon-neutral for its entire life cycle. This statement piece also encapsulates the trend for large-scale veined stone décor.

Featured on our Hoxton frontals, the Seacycle knob is made from 100% recycled sea plastics, including fishing nets, ropes and trawls. Using these materials also means less waste and a reduction in CO₂ emissions.

The black Franke tap features a flow restriction valve, limiting flow in order to preserve water – whilst boasting easy reach and improved hygiene, compared with standard taps. This is paired with a natural quartz composite sink, made from 99% sustainable materials, and an AEG induction hob for faster, more energy-efficient and cost-saving cooking.
